14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients using an anterior-opening double-lumen central venous catheter (CVC); 2. Aged 14 to 80 years; 3. Newly placed CVC within 24 hours; 4. The patient's catheter function is normal (CINAS diagnosed as IN1AS1); 5. Voluntarily participate in this research; 6. CVC placed through the internal jugular vein or subclavian vein; 7. CVC is expected to be used for >= 8 days; 8. Daily continuous infusion time >= 16h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with existing catheter-related complications; 2. The patient uses drugs that are incompatible with normal saline; 3. Use drugs that cannot tolerate stopping infusion for flushing and sealing the tube; 4. Patients who must be sealed with other sealing solutions.
