Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. With clear consciousness and communicate with others effectively; 3. Meet criteria for diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or dementia; 4. Can be followed up for > 1 year; 5. Sign an informed consent and can cooperate with the implementation of the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental or consciousness disorders, inability to communicate effectively; 2. Severe vision or hearing loss, inability to cooperate with evaluation or intervention; 3. Endstage disease; 4. Serious failure of vital organs; 5. Acute myocardial infarction; dissection aortic aneurysm; severe aortic valve stenosis; endocarditis /acute pericarditis; acute pulmonary embolism or deep vein thrombosis; recent major surgery or limb fracture in the past 1 month; 6. Patient or their family refuse to participate in the study; 7. Unable to coordinate the completion of assessment and intervention; 8. Other conditions that the researcher consider necessary to exclude.
