Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the indications for bariatric surgery; 2. Simple obesity patients with BMI >= 32.5; 3. BMI >= 27.5, combined with metabolic-related diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea syndrome or polycystic metabolic-related diseases such as ovarian syndrome; 4.The inclusion of type 2 diabetes meets the diagnostic criteria for T2DM in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)": if there are diabetes-related symptoms (dry mouth, polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss) and abnormal blood sugar (fasting blood glucose) >=7.0mmol/L and (or) 2-hour postprandial blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L); if there are no symptoms, and abnormal blood glucose is found in the physical examination, repeated examinations are required, and the blood glucose is still abnormal (fasting blood glucose >= 7mmol/L) and (or) 2-hour postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L) can also diagnose diabetes. 5. Patients voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood system and mental illness; 2. Previous gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Aged 65 years; 4. Patients with malignant tumors; patients with other gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and peptic ulcer; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients with other diseases who are not suitable for surgery.
