Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer after thoracoscopic sublobectomy or lobectomy. (1) Project a. Non-small cell lung cancer patients without adjuvant therapy after surgery; (2) Project b. Patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma who underwent postoperative albumin-paclitaxel + platinum-based chemotherapy without radiotherapy or targeted therapy. 2. Aged 18-65 years. 3. Sign informed consent and volunteer to participate in the study. 4. Owning and skillfully using a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness who cannot understand the research content; 2. Patients who have performed organized aerobic training in the past 3 months; 3. Patients with serious orthopedic, cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot exercise regularly.
