Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The patient had a history of cerebral infarction and had undergone head and neck artery stenting during hospitalization; 3. Aspirin combined with cilostazol (aspirin 100mg, QD; Cilostazol 100mg, bid), or aspirin plus clopidogrel (aspirin 100mg, qd; Clopidogrel 75mg, qd) dual antibody therapy; 4. The duration of study drug treatment from the perioperative period was >=3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent use of other anticoagulant, antiplatelet, defibrination or other agents that affect coagulation function during the study drug administration; 2. The survival time of patients after head and neck stent implantation was less than 1 year due to various reasons; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. There is coagulopathy, active bleeding or bleeding tendency.
