Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for ''apoplexy'' and was confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Unilateral hemiplegia, grade 1 <= upper limb MAS grade <=3; 3. 14 days < course of disease; 4. Aged 18-70 years; 5. Conscious and relatively stable; 6. Participate in the study voluntarily, and cooperate with relevant examination, treatment and evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper limb spasm caused by recurrent stroke, brain trauma, spinal cord injury and other non-stroke diseases; 2. Serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and serious osteoporosis; 3. Pregnant patients, mental diseases and malignant tumors; 4. Patients allergic to electroacupuncture, fitted with pacemaker, stent implantation, and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with skin lesions at acupuncture or shockwave treatment sites or poor diabetic blood sugar control; 6. Participating in other studies and influencing the evaluators of this study.
