Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients with systolic blood pressure (SBP)>= 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 90mmHg; 3. Patients who have previously received hypertension therapy but whose blood pressure is not controlled and who are receiving antihypertensive monotherapy, can enter the trial if they are willing to undergo a 2-week elution period and are willing to change the previous treatment to a research treatment; 4. Patients with grade 1 primary hypertension whose condition recurs after 2 weeks of discontinuation and have not yet restarted treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Patients suffering from diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, acute or chronic liver disease, renal insufficiency, hyperlipidemia, malignant tumors, acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3. Patients recently treated with NSaids, antibiotics, steroids, and vasoactive drugs.
