18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with mechanical ventilation and given sedation; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. American anesthesiologist association (ASA) grades I to III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Electronic medical record records of people allergic to eggs, soy products, opioids and their relief drugs, propofol, etc.; Propofol, opiates and their relief drugs contraindicated; 2. Patients who have been sedated for more than 3 days in the ICU or in the general ward before being transferred to the ICU; 3. Prior to mechanical ventilation, there is history or evidence of the following increased risk of sedation/anesthesia: (1) Cardiovascular system: New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class III and IV heart failure, Adams-stokes syndrome; Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) occurred within the last 6 months; Need medication for bradycardia and/or heart rate 9 points; Patients with high paraplegia and general paralysis; (5) The survival time is not more than 72 hours; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients; 5. Participate in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month before mechanical ventilation therapy.
