Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=45 years with a medical diagnosis of AMD; 2. Owning an iOS or Android smartphone; No other comorbidities or complications; 3. Be conscious, articulate, and not on anti-anxiety or antidepressant medication; 4. Patients and their families are informed and agree to accept the investigation and research-related intervention; 5. No other eye diseases affecting vision except AMD (such as high myopia, macular split, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.); 6. No history of treatment or surgery for eye diseases other than macular degeneration (such as cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with good visual acuity lower than 0.3; 2. Unable to understand the researcher's instructions; 3. Patients with severe intellectual or cognitive impairment and pregnant patients; 4. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol dependence.
