Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled to receive CT-guided puncture localization of pulmonary nodules under ESP block anesthesia; 2. ASA ? ~ ?; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. Agree to participate in this clinical study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the use of iodohexyl alcohol (allergic to iodohexyl alcohol, thyrotoxicosis, history of epilepsy, liver and kidney function impairment, etc.); 2. Hypersensitivity to ropivacaine or other amide anesthetics; 3. Body mass index (BMI) >=30kg/m^2; 4. Contraindication of regional anesthesia exists, such as puncture site infection, severe organ dysfunction, inability to tolerate regional block, coagulation dysfunction, etc.; 5. Nerve injury, local hypoesthesia, etc.; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Cognitive dysfunction, inability to cooperate with pain assessment and other assessments; 8. Participate in other clinical medical researchers at the same time.
