Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of healthy people: patients without fatty liver and other liver diseases were included according to the standards of residents in healthy communities. 2. Inclusion criteria for NAFLD patients: According to the diagnostic criteria for NAFLD, patients with NAFLD were diagnosed by abdominal B-ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with diabetes/coronary heart disease/stroke/tumor/cirrhosis/renal insufficiency and other important diseases; 2. Patients who are taking drugs that affect blood pressure, blood lipids and glucose metabolism, people with cognitive disabilities, and people who have allergies or intolerances to food in dietary intervention.
