Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of congenital heart and receive interventional treatment; (2) Aged 2-7 years; (3) The patient has certain language expression ability and understanding; (4) No hospitalization experience; (5) Voluntary participation in the researcher under the principle of informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Family relationship with the patient (parents, grandparents, maternal grandparents); (2) To undertake the main task of caring for the patient. If there is more than one caregiver, the patient shall designate a caregiver; (3) Aged >= 18 years; (4) Know the patient's disease diagnosis, condition and treatment; (5) Complete language expression ability and understanding; (6) Voluntary participation in the researcher under the principle of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients with serious diseases of vital organs; (2) With conscious disorder, dementia or history of mental illness; (3) Patients who had received other similar psychological interventions since their illness. 2. Exclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Previous or current psychological problems; (2) History of consciousness disorders, dementia or mental illness.
