Experimental group:Dexamethasone (1 mL:5 mg), intramuscular injection, q12h*4 times
Control group:Normal saline 1mL, intramuscular injection, q12h*4 times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Twin pregnancy, 34+0 weeks to 36+5 weeks; 3. High risk of preterm birth: premature rupture of membranes before term; Preterm labor (regular contractions: with or without lower abdominal pain, shortened cervical canal, dilated uterine orifice, increased vaginal discharge, redness); Induction of labor or cesarean section within 24 h-7 days of any indication; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fatal fetal malformation, fetal distress, fetal death in utero; 2. Delivery is expected within 12 hours; 3. Use of corticosteroids within one week or before 34 weeks of gestation; 4. Chorioamnionitis; 5. Steroid drugs should be used for other medical and surgical diseases; 6. Patients with contraindications in steroid drug use.
