Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; 3. Patients diagnosed with traumatic osteomyelitis; 4. Patients who need to undergo bone infection lesion removal surgery according to the treating doctor's judgment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute osteomyelitis; 2. Systemic and immune diseases; 3. Prior interventional diagnosis and/or treatment that may interfere with DNA information.
