16 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-65 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 32.5kg /m^2; 3. BMI>= 27.5kg /m^2, < 32.5kg /m^2, response to lifestyle changes and medical treatment, at least two components of the metabolic syndrome, or complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity caused by other endocrine diseases (including hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome); 2. Patients with poor general condition who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery; 3. Complicated with serious diseases of heart, lung, kidney and other vital organs; 4. Lack of preoperative and postoperative data; 5. Other weight-loss metabolic procedures.
