Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer was confirmed by pathology; 2. Preoperative imaging or intraoperative exploration diagnosed gastric cancer involving duodenum or head of pancreas; 3. Patients without distant metastasis and other tumors; 4. Complete clinical medical records and follow-up records of patients; 5. Directly receiving gastric cancer resection + pancreaticoduodenectomy was included in the GPD group, receiving 3 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, then receiving gastric cancer resection or gastric cancer resection + pancreaticoduodenectomy was included in the NCS group. Clinical and pathological stages were classified according to the International Union Against Cancer TNM Classification of Malignancies (7th edition). The imaging diagnosis of locally advanced gastric cancer is based on Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT). The gastric cancer involves the duodenum, and the gastric tumor lesions or the fatty space between the perigastric lymph nodes and the head of the pancreas disappear.
