18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80years, no gender limit; 2. Have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and have received maintenance hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months; 3. Agreed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders, coma patients, patients with weakness and limbs unable to cooperate with grip strength training; 2. Concomitant diseases of clinical significance for patients: (1) Degree II or III heart block without pacemaker; (2) With potentially life-threatening arrhythmias or other uncontrolled arrhythmias; (3) Known secondary hypertension such as renal artery stenosis; 3. History of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within the last 6 months; 4. History of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is defined as follows: (1) Previous acute coronary syndrome; (2) Previous history of acute stroke (previous discharge diagnosis was stroke, except TIA history); (3) Congestive heart failure at level IV of the New York Heart Association cardiac Function scale; 5. Unable to cooperate with the measurement of upper arm blood pressure; 6. Had major surgery or had not fully recovered from surgery within 12 weeks prior to screening; 7. A history of alcohol or drug abuse within the past 12 months; 8. Any condition that, in the investigator's judgment, would put the patient at increased risk for participating in the study or would prevent the patient from complying with the study requirements or completing the study; 9. Past inability or unwillingness to follow the test protocol.
