Experimental group:Combine vitamin A10000U / week + iron (iron 5 mg/kg/d) orally
Control group:Oral iron agent only (iron element 5 mg/kg/d)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants who come to the child health care clinic of Peking University Shougang Hospital for physical examination are aged 6 months-3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with malignant diseases of the blood system, chronic diarrhea, hepatobiliary diseases. 2. Children with severe anemia.
