60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 ~ 80 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; 3. Plan to undergo transurethral resection of the prostate; 4. Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30kg/m^2; 5. The subjects give informed consent before the experiment and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease and liver disease; 2. Chronic pain patients; 3. Long-term use of painkillers; 4. Cognitive dysfunction, neuropsychiatric diseases; 5. Allergic to the tested drug; 6. Previous bladder diseases (overactive bladder, obstruction of bladder outflow tract, etc.); 7. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after previous use of NSAIDs.
