Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident physicians working in the Department of Anesthesiology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents who have participated in MH simulation training or worked for less than 1 year in the previous 1 year.
