Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group and control group: (1) No gender limit, patients aged 18-30 years with acne diagnosed by dermatologist; Acne patients with acne and pimples on the face were rated as mild to moderate by the Pillsbury scale; (2) Newly diagnosed patients; (3) Not using any acne treatment drugs and cosmetics in the past month; (4) Informed consent of the project and signed informed consent of the project. 2. Cosmetics group: (1) No gender limit, patients aged 18-30 years with acne diagnosed by dermatologist; Acne patients with acne and pimples on the face were rated as mild to moderate by the Pillsbury scale; (2) Newly diagnosed patients; (3) Patients who have purchased 8% marzipan acid complex solution by themselves, are willing to comply with the requirements of the study to use the cosmetics, and receive regular follow-up to record clinical data photos and tests; (4) Informed consent of the project and signed informed consent of the project. 3. The health group meets the following conditions: (1) No gender limit, aged from 18 to 30 years, clinically diagnosed as healthy physical examination; (2) Informed consent of the project and signing informed consent of the project; (3) Willingness to comply with research requirements testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have participated in similar studies and used any anti-acne products or oral or topical antibiotics within 2 months. 2. The expert or professional considers that there are other iatrogenic causes that could affect the findings. 3. Add other clinical trial investigators. 4. Patients with a history of cosmetics allergy and allergic constitution (patients with allergic dermatitis, asthma and rhinitis). 5. There are patients with other facial diseases. 6. Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, autoimmune, tumor, blood, endocrine, neurological, mental diseases and immune deficiencies.
