Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Diagnosis of clinically positive, probable and probable ALS according to the revised IE Escorial standards (1998); 3. Those who have normal understanding and can make truthful judgments on questionnaire questions; 4. Patients and their families are willing to accept the investigation content involved in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known motor neurone disease not associated with ALS; 2. Major mental illness, cognitive dysfunction.
