Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Have a history of atrial fibrillation (AF) and meet any of the following conditions: (1) The patient was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (12-lead ECG of atrial fibrillation must have been recorded) and did not undergo catheter ablation or surgical maze of atrial fibrillation; (2) The single lead ECG recording device or dynamic electrocardiogram recorder recorded the ECG of atrial fibrillation and lasted for more than 30 seconds; (3) Patients who had previously performed catheter ablation or maze surgery still had episodes of atrial fibrillation after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The terminal stage of malignant tumors and other diseases, and the expected survival time is less than 6 months; 2. Unable to complete the corresponding inspection; 3. Unable to complete the questionnaire and follow-up due to various reasons (severe cognitive dysfunction, deafness, non-Chinese language, etc.); 4. Failure or refusal to sign informed consent; 5. Researchers believe that there are conditions that are not suitable for inclusion.
