Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with chronic renal failure who received their first wrist autologous fistula in the undergraduate department; 3. The suture at the anastomosis of internal fistula was removed and healed well; 4. The surgical sites were radial arterio-cephalic vein in the forearm wrist, and end-to-artery anastomosis was used in all of them; 5. Both upper limbs can undergo corresponding rehabilitation training without obvious dysfunction and disability; 6. Ability to understand; 7. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative Allen test was positive; 2. Patients with hand dysfunction; 3. Postoperative color Doppler ultrasound indicated stenosis or occlusion of radial artery on the operative side; 4. Postoperative color Doppler ultrasound indicated stenosis or thrombosis at the proximal end of the operative side cephalic vein; 5. Major cardiovascular diseases, complications of other organs, malignant tumors, mental diseases, etc.
