60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. Urban residents who have lived in Sanming city for more than 6 months; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Beijing edition or Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) assessment results in impairment of cognitive function; 4. Sedentary time >=6h/d as measured by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ); 5. Volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious organic or functional physical diseases; 2. Patients with obvious visual and hearing impairment, unable to complete the scale assessment; 3. Patientse with obvious language barriers.
