Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis: (1) Recurring knee pain within the last 1 month; (2) Radiographs (standing or weight-bearing position) suggest joint space narrowing, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic change, and osteophyte formation at the joint margin; (3) Joint fluid (at least twice) clear and viscous, WBC<2000 PCS /mL; (4) Middle-aged and elderly patients (N40 years old); (5) Morning stiffness W30min; (6) There is bone frictional sound (sense) during activities. Combined with clinical diagnosis, it can be diagnosed as OA of the knee joint if it is consistent with (1)+ (2) or (1)+(3)+(5)+(6) or (1)+(4)+(5)+(6). 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hip arthritis: (1) recurrent hip pain within the last 1 month; (2) erythrocyte sedimentation rate < 20mm/h; (3) X-rays showed the presence of osteophytes; (3) X-ray showed stenosis of the hip space; Combined with clinical diagnosis, patients with (1)+(2)+(3) or (1)+(2)+(4) or (1)+(3)+(4) can be diagnosed as hip OA. 3. Have nerve pain. 4. Those who can obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Hip or knee surgery in the past six months; 3. Severe neurological, cognitive, or psychiatric disorders.
