Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnosis and treatment criteria for gastric cancer and were confirmed by pathological examination; 2. All the patients confirmed by pathology were in stage ?A ~?C; 3. All patients were diagnosed for the first time and had not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy 1 year before this chemotherapy; 4. All patients gave informed consent, signed informed consent and actively participated in the study; 5. The clinicopathological data of the patient were complete and could cooperate with the research; 6. The patient's score in the Eastern Cooperative Group (ECOG) was below 2, and his card score was over 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes, metabolic syndrome and other diseases; 2. Patients with severe dysfunction of liver, kidney or heart function; 3. The patient is seriously allergic to the drugs used in the treatment; 4. The patient had abnormal coagulation and hematopoietic function; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Patients who are intolerant to chemotherapy.
