Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years, no gender limit; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Asian sarcopenia Working Group, the muscle mass of limbs was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, and the muscle index was equal to the muscle mass of limbs/height ^2, with the male muscle index =45 points; 4. Able to walk independently without using auxiliary tools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, skeletal and muscular system diseases and nervous system diseases; 2. Speech, hearing, and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Abnormal vestibular system function; 4. With a history of regular exercise in the past 1 year.
