Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =15; 3. Male fresh injection semen (WHO normal semen standard: semen volume >=1.5ml; Sperm density >=15x10^6/ml; Forward-motile sperm ratio >=32%).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary infertility >=3 years; 2. Repeated implantation failure (more than 3 embryo transfers or more than 4 high-quality embryos in total); 3. History of recurrent abortion (loss of 2 or more previous pregnancies, excluding biochemical pregnancy); 4. There are contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and pregnancy or diseases that have definite effects on pregnancy, including uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease with definite symptoms, uncontrolled diabetes, undiagnosed liver or kidney disease or liver or kidney insufficiency, and severe anemia; History of venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or cerebrovascular events, history of malignant tumors, suspected malignant tumors, undiagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding, clinically diagnosed major endocrine diseases; 5. Any other circumstances in which the investigator deems it inappropriate to participate in the study.
