Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; 2. In accordance with the 2012 KDIGO guidelines for stage CKD3 diagnosis criteria: 30 < eGFR<=59ml/min·1.73m^2; 3. The patient agreed to the treatment in this study, joined the chronic disease management, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients and patients planning to become pregnant; 3. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, lung and hematopoietic system; 4. Patients known to be allergic to or unable to tolerate one of the drugs in the study; 5. Patients considered by the researchers to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
