Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to the emergency intensive care unit with Sepsis 3.0 diagnosis criteria; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death or hospitalization within 24 hours of treatment; 2. Participate in other researchers at the same time; 3. There are factors that may affect the accuracy of erythrocyte detection.
