Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25<=BMI<=35 kg/m^2, aged 18-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic diseases such as liver and kidney failure, cancer, diabetes, etc.; 2. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. During pregnancy or lactation; 4. Allergic to pomegranate juice and inulin; 5. Adopt a special diet or exercise regimen to control weight; 6. Use probiotics, dietary fiber supplements, or antibiotics, use any medications that affect glucose or fat metabolism, and use laxatives during the 6 weeks prior to or during the study.
