Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. EICU patients diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock according to the Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died or were discharged within 24 hours of treatment with incomplete clinical data; 2. Participate in other researchers at the same time; 3. Patients with congenital acquired immune deficiency disease, long-term use of glucocorticoid or immunosuppressive drugs.
