Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The respondents were permanent community residents aged >=40 years, in which permanent residents were those who actually lived for more than half a year; 2. Meet the assessment standards of high-risk stroke groups in the Implementation Plan of the National High-risk Stroke Screening and Intervention Pilot Project of Major Medical Reform Project in 2011; 3. The patient gave informed consent and could cooperate to complete the follow-up process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of stroke; 2. Currently in bed, there are no complete actors; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases or obvious limb dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with laboratory examination, carotid ultrasound examination and information collection of the four diagnostic tests of Chinese medicine; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver insufficiency, renal insufficiency and hematopoietic system abnormality; 5. Incomplete or missing data of all cases.
