Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients diagnosed with cancer based on pathological or cytological diagnosis, and in advanced stage (clinical stage: stage III, stage IV); (2) Aged >=18 years; (3) Voluntary participation in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Aged > 18 years; (2) Bear the main responsibility of care, provide medical assistance to patients, take care of their relatives, and take care of them for the longest time; (3) Know the patient's condition; (4) Clear awareness, no cognitive dysfunction and communication disorders, able to complete the investigation independently or with assistance; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Cancer patients who refused to cooperate after being explained by the researchers; (2) Cancer patients who are unconscious or accompanied by mental illness or have other serious organic diseases. 2. Exclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Have a history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; (2) Have a history of serious heart and liver disease dysfunction or other malignant tumors.
