Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of allergic rhinitis was in line with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric rhinitis, adenoid hypertrophy was diagnosed by endoscopy or cranial lateral radiography, allergen was dust mite, age 5-14 years old, allergic rhinitis history was more than 1 year, the children and their guardians agreed to participate in the study and cooperate with the treatment, and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
