Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of allergic rhinitis was in line with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric rhinitis, adenoid hypertrophy was diagnosed by endoscopy or cranial lateral radiography, allergen was dust mite, age 5-14 years old, allergic rhinitis history was more than 1 year, the children and their guardians agreed to participate in the study and cooperate with the treatment, and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not give priority to with dust mites allergic or allergic to dust mites allergic source there is severe, hypodermic desensitization treatment interruption, has a history of sublingual desensitization, merger of nasopharyngeal abnormal anatomical structure, serious or uncontrolled asthma, associated with other autoimmune diseases, with the other organ systems diseases, allergic to institute with drugs or do not accept the above treatment
