Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospital stay >=1 day 2. Will sign the informed consent 3. Inpatients who meet one of the following criteria: ? Patients aged 70 and above; ? Weight loss (>=5%) in the last 1 year without deliberate dieting; ? Cardiovascular disease patients with debilitating risk factors such as heart failure and atrial fibrillation; ? Comorbidity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients cannot cooperate with this research such as severe mental disorders and audio-visual disorders.
