Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery, the duration of anaesthesia does not exceed 4 hours 2. The anaesthesia method is general anaesthesia intubation/ general anaesthesia laryngeal mask 3. Age 18-79 years, BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2 4. The body temperature of the resuscitation chamber after anaesthesia is between 35.0 ° C - 35.9 ° C 5. Sign a consent form and voluntarily participate in this trail

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal body temperature before surgery or taking drugs that affect body temperature 2. Complicated by severe diseases of the endocrine system or Parkinson's syndrome 3. Anesthesia mode compound regional nerve block 4. Intraoperative prone position 5. Intraoperative blood loss exceeds 1000ml 6. Ear temperature measurement is not possible for ear diseases 7. The rate of intraperitoneal or bladder irrigation after surgery is greater than 60 drops per minute; Or a blood transfusion of more than 2u after surgery
