Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be enrolled in this study, participants must meet all the following inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=75 years old; 2.Those who can sign the informed consent voluntarily 3. Diagnosed with SCLC confirmed by pathology and/or cytology 4. whose expected survival time is greater than 3 months; 5. No major organ dysfunction, blood routine, liver and kidney function and heart function are basically normal. White blood cell count >=4.0x10^9/L, neutrophil count >=1.5x10^9/L, platelet count >=100x10^9/L, hemoglobin >=95g/L, serum bilirubin <=1.5 ULN, gluten C Transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase <=2 ULN, blood creatinine <=1.5mg/dl, No bleeding tendency, no serious or uncontrolled underlying diseases; 6.Unable to tolerate or refuse external radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fail to meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. central nervous system metastasis with obvious symptoms; 3. there are contraindications to chemotherapy and seed implantation; 4. patients with any severe and / or uncontrolled combined diseases;
