Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years (including borderline values); male or infertile female. (2) Diagnosis of cirrhosis with complications related to portal hypertension (e.g. ruptured esophagogastric variceal bleeding, intractable ascites). (3) Subjects who are able to understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form, and are willing to complete the follow-up according to the program requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with hereditary ataxia having identified by the way of recessive inheritance, X-linked and mitochondria; (2) patients having been excluded with SCA3/MJD by genetic diagnosis.
