Remimazolam group:Remazolam (Group R): Continuously pump Remazolam Toluenesulfonate 0.2mg/kg/h at the beginning of anesthesia until the end of surgery
Dexmedetomidine group:Dexmetomidine (Group Y): Continuous infusion of Dexmetomidine 0.4 at the beginning of anesthesia µ G/kg/h until the end of the surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2.ASA grade I-II; 3.Age: 18-65 years old, male or female; 4.BMI 18-30kg/m2 5.Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious abnormalities of severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney systems; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental symptoms before operation; 3. Patients with communication and communication disorders; 4. Long term drug, alcohol and psychotropic substance abusers; 5. There are experimental contraindications to the experimental drugs in this study; 6. patients who did not agree to participate in this study.
