Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Accomplish maxillary posterior transalveolar sinus floor elevation with cushioned grind-out technique and simultaneous bone level implant implantation. 2 CBCT scans received more than three times for preoperative and postoperative assessment, including preoperative, immediate postoperative, 6 months postoperative. 3 Reliable complete case data and photographs can be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 No implants protruding part from previous sinus floor using immediate postoperative CBCT scans. 2 Once performed sinus floor elevation surgery at elevation sites. 3 Prosthetic procedures were performed too long after implant placement.
