18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 ~ 80 years old, male and female. 2. Patients whose endoscopic examination revealed non-pedunculated colorectal polyps (polyps with a maximum diameter of 10mm=d=20mm) with indications for EMR surgery and receiving EMR treatment. 3. Sign the informed consent form. 4. The specimen is confirmed as adenomatous polyp by pathological biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The endoscopic surgery cannot be completed due to abnormal colorectal anatomy. 2. Polyps 20mm in diameter. 3. Pregnant women and lactating women. 4. Complicated with severe heart, lung, kidney and other diseases; 5, coagulation disorders. 6. There are other clear reasons for infection, fever and increased WBC, such as pneumonia. 7. allergic to drug ingredients. 8 Researchers with inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, familial polyposis, etc. considered them unsuitable for participants.
