45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =45 years; (2) Stable physical function, no acute disease attack; (3) Patients who have lived in Zhuhai for more than 6 months and visited the community; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Moderate to severe disability, ADL=40; (2) Patients with severe dementia, unable to communicate effectively; (3) patients with severe mental disorders; (4) have a history of Parkinson's disease and stroke, take carbidopa, levodopa, donepezil, antidepressants and other drugs that can produce frailty symptoms; (5) Subjects who cannot cooperate with the study for other reasons.
