Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This must comply with Article 1 and any of the articles 2 to 5. 1) UC patients aged > 18 years of age, regardless of gender; 2) 8 years after symptoms appear in patients with extensive colitis or pancololitis, and 10 years after symptoms appear in patients with left colitis; 3) UC with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC); 4) UC patients with a previous history of colorectal tumors and resected lesions; 5) UC patients with a family history of colon cancer in a first-degree relative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications to colonoscopy; 2) History of partial surgical resection of the colon; 3) Patients with confirmed colorectal neoplastic lesions; 4) Patients without self-judgment; 5) Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
