The treatment group:The patient received the first 90Sr radiotherapy at the scar site 1 day before surgery
The control group:The first 90Sr radiotherapy at the scar site was performed within 24 hours after keloid exfoliation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Chinese citizens over the age of 18; ? The clinical manifestations are consistent with keloid, which are characterized by a persistent growth mass higher than the normal skin surface, beyond the original damage range, with hard texture and poor elasticity, accompanied by itching or pain, with treatment resistance and high recurrence rate after treatment; ? No skin diseases or systemic diseases that can affect the skin in keloid; ? Informed consent to the purpose and content of the study can be followed as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? does not meet the above inclusion criteria; ? In the last 3 months, the dermatologist has used drugs that are inconsistent with this study, especially in the surgical area or system within 1 month of antitumor drugs and/or corticosteroids; ? Severe hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction and other chronic diseases can not tolerate surgery; ? Received organ resection (kidney, lung, spleen, liver...) , organ transplant, history of generalized loss of consciousness or sequelae caused by traumatic brain injury in the past 5 years; (5) People suffering from chronic diseases or receiving long-term treatment; People who are allergic or asthmatic, have a background of drug intolerance or are receiving anti-allergy therapy; Have an immune disease or are receiving immunosuppressive therapy; Complicated with malignant tumor; ? With some skin diseases or some skin symptoms, or there will affect the measurement of some skin defects (hand surgery site erythema disease, pemphigus, lichenasis planus, eczema, psoriasis, contact allergy, fixed drug rash and other non-infectious factors caused by disease); ? Sensitive or allergic to the drugs and treatment used.
