2:Given the ED95 dose of esketamine
1:In the first stage,a fixed dose of remazolam was given intravenously,0.2mg/kg,and then different doses of esketamine were given sequentially.The ED50 and ED95 dose of esketamine were measured.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-6 years old, regardless of gender; 2. ASA score I or II; 3. Surgery under elective tracheal intubation and general anesthesia; 4. Parents of the child voluntarily participate in the study; 5. No contraindications for general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of iodine contrast agent allergy; 2. Patients with severe heart failure, arrhythmia or myocardial infarction and myocarditis; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Pregnant patients; 5. Patients with chest pain (pulmonary embolism and aortic dissection).
