Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. ASA level 1-3; 3. It is planned to perform retroperitoneal endoscopic urology in the side lying folded knife position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a serious history of cardiovascular disease, including the presence of congestive heart failure, severe angina attacks, intracardiac shunts, heart valve disease, and pulmonary hypertension, or have experienced unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 2. There are any conditions that interfere with the accuracy of the Vigileo/FroTrac system results, such as preoperative arrhythmia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary bullae, asthma, and other respiratory diseases that affect lung compliance and chest pressure or are not suitable for high-volume ventilation, serious peripheral vascular disease, and renal dysfunction.
