Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years of age; 2. Clinically confirmed prostate cancer patients with indications for radical prostatectomy; 3. Safe acoustic path and focus can reach the target area; 4. Monitoring ultrasound can show the lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prostate surgery; 2. History of prostate radiation therapy/local particle implantation; 3. History of other local prostate treatments (including radiofrequency ablation, cryotherapy, etc.); 4. Rectal lesions; 5. Urethral stenosis/deformity; 6. Bladder detrusor weakness; 7. There are calcifications in the prostate adjacent to the rectal wall; 8. Bladder or lower urinary tract stones; 9. Poor blood sugar control in diabetes; 10. Severe renal dysfunction; 11. The stone cutting position cannot be taken; 12. Those with strong sexual/reproductive requirements; 13. Contraindications to MRI; 14. Merge with other malignant tumors; 15. Concomitant severe heart, lung, and brain diseases.
