Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: Refer to the Sixth Edition of the Medical Manual of Clinical Oncology, and Shi Yuankai is the editor in chief of the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer: women with clinical stage IA-IIIA breast cancer are charged; 2.18 years=55%; Neutrophil absolute value>=2.0 × 109/L, platelet count>=100 × 109/L, hemoglobin>=10g/dL; The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score is 0-2 (2 points: able to move freely and take care of oneself, but has lost the ability to work, and can wake up and exercise at least half of the day); Normal liver function (normal levels of aspartate transaminase AST and alanine transaminase ALT) and normal kidney function (creatinine clearance>60ml/min); 5. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form; 6. Patients who understand the research purpose and agree to participate: able to complete a questionnaire survey and willing to participate in an exercise training program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have any limitations to continuous exercise, contraindications to cardiopulmonary exercise testing, and those who suffer from thoracic and spinal deformities, respiratory system diseases, etc. that affect the quality of ultrasound images; 2. There are factors that increase the risk of cardiotoxicity of anthracycline drugs (diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, smoking, drinking, BMI>35 kg/m2); 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Have received chemotherapy or radiation therapy and participated in research on exercise training or drug protection; 5. Individuals with an expected survival period of less than 24 months, malnutrition (BMI=2 antihypertensive drugs; 8. Others: Severe anemia (hemoglobin<8g/dL) cannot be corrected through blood transfusion and/or supplementation with iron and/or vitamin deficiency; Acute infection.
